Multi-functional system assembly service for the plant expansion. Fortaleza 3000 Plant Expansion - Phase 2

The client required a solution for steel reinforcement, formwork placement, and pouring of various structural elements, such as columns, beams, and slabs, in the different buildings of the plant expansion project. The Multi-Functional System was used in a special case to support a large, heavy concrete element called a HOROMILL. This element was supported by hydraulic jacks while simultaneously being poured and supported by our Multi-Functional System. This was required for two very similar buildings: two cement mills and a raw material mill. Additionally, the assembly of staircases was needed to access the elevated elements, such as the cement silos and the preheater, at a height of 110 meters. With CIMBRAMEX's experience in solving these types of projects with our scaffolding and formwork systems, a complete kit was supplied, offering the safety, cost-effectiveness, and versatility that characterize our systems.
